How can we help?
recuritylab support for customers: documentation, the right channel to reach us, and a team that knows virtual iOS and Android devices and AI agents.
Channels
Documentation
Guides and references for customers. The full docs open once access is granted; see what they cover.
Documentation overviewContact support
Customers reach our team through the support channel provided with their account. Tell us your environment and what you were doing, and we will take it from there.
Support options
Book a demoCustomers get the product documentation and a way to reach our support team. If you need more, such as a dedicated contact, priority handling or help with enterprise and government deployments, tell us your requirements and we will discuss what we can offer.
Report a security issue
If you believe you have found a vulnerability in recuritylab itself, please report it to us privately rather than disclosing it publicly. Our security page explains how to reach us and what to include.

Where are the docs?
The full documentation lives inside recuritylab and opens once your access is granted. For an outline of what it covers, from virtual devices to AI agents, MCP and administration, see the documentation overview.
Is there a public API reference?
No. The API reference is part of the customer documentation. Our API overview describes what you can automate; the full reference is available after access is granted.
How do I get access?
Book a demo through our contact form. Every request is reviewed by a person, and approved teams get access set up for their use case.
Do you support on-premises or private deployments?
Deployment requirements differ between organisations, so we discuss them case by case. Book a demo and tell us what your environment needs.
How do I report a vulnerability in recuritylab?
Report it privately. The security page explains how to contact us. Please don’t disclose the issue publicly until we have had a chance to look into it.
